Shipping

We ship our products WORLDWIDE every work day Monday to Friday. If the items you are ordering are on stock, they will be sent in 1-2 working days depending on the size of your order.

If you have an urgent order please let us know in the notes of your order. We will do our best to deliver the products to you in time.

We use DHL Express as our sole shipping service.

Delivery to EU takes 1 - 2 working days.

Delivery to USA takes 2 - 3 working days.

Delivery to Australia and Asia takes 2 - 5 working days.

Import duties and customs fees are not included in our price. If your shipping address is inside the EU tax zone, VAT is added automatically in the checkout procedure.

That's why we are proud to offer a minimum 1 year Worldwide Retra Warranty for all our products and 2 years Worldwide Retra Warranty for our Retra Flashes. Our Worldwide Retra Warranty comes standard with every purchase guaranteeing that your product will be taken care of in case of any issues.

  • Global Coverage: Our Worldwide Warranty is valid worldwide, regardless of your location. This means that no matter where you are located your Retra products will be taken care of.
  • Extended Coverage with Booster or Supercharger: When you purchase our Booster along with our Retra Flash Series, both products receive additional 6 months of Worldwide Retra Warranty, extending the coverage to total 2,5 years.
  • Free Repair and Replacements: Should your product require repair or replacement during the warranty period, we ve got you covered. All repair and replacement services are free of charge.
  • Fast Repair Times: We use Express Global Shipping for all our repairs to ensure fast delivery worldwide. You send us the Retra product that needs repair, we fix it and get it back to you within 5 working days on average.
  • Life-Time Repair Service: The Retra Flash was designed to be your life-long companion. Even after your warranty expires, we are committed to supporting you and your product. Our life-time repair service ensures that you can continue enjoying your device for years to come. If you ever run into any issues with any of your Retra products, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we want to help and resolve any problems and ensure you get the best out of your Retra products.
  • Spare Parts: We stock a wide range of repair parts for older models, ensuring that your Retra UWT products never become obsolete. Whether it's a recent purchase or an older model, we will provide the necessary components for a seamless repair process.
  • Flexible Repair Options: Repairs can be done either in our workshop or a spare part is sent with instructions for replacement if feasible outside our workshop. We strive to accommodate your needs and work in agreement with you to ensure a convenient repair experience.
  • Cost Assessment before Sending: We understand our products inside and out and understand that transparency is important when it comes to repair costs. To provide clarity, simply contact us via email with a detailed description and pictures or videos of the issue. We will assess the cost of repair and provide you with estimates, so you can make a decision. 

Our products are mostly hand made which may result in some variations in finish and color.
